What you will do

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for key customer decision-makers and influencers.
  • Bridge communication between customers and product/engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
  • Guide customers on platform best practices, scalability, and optimization.
  • Lead technical onboarding and conduct regular QBRs to align solutions with business goals.
  • Own high-priority technical escalations, coordinating across internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Develop deep expertise in platform analytics to present value and outcomes to C-level executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain, supporting subscription or usage-based billing models.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Support Engineer) within a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and modern web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or billing platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, or Zuora.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-system issues and identify root causes.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia for a hybrid work setup.
