What you will do

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of CRAs to maintain organizational quality standards.
• Develop action plans and provide strategic oversight to optimize the delivery of CRA services.
• Manage project resourcing and allocation of staff based on project phase and requirements.
• Mentor and coach CRA staff to advance their skills and support individual career development.
• Perform accompanied site visits to assess CRA skills and resolve project-specific issues.
• Identify quality risks and recommend corrective action plans to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of onsite monitoring experience within a CRO or Pharmaceutical industry.
• 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience managing CRAs.
• Proven experience creating development programs and performing gap analysis for clinical staff.
• Ability and availability for domestic and international travel (approximately 25%).
• Must be based in Australia.
