What you will do

• Maintain strong relationships and regular contact with Sales Managers and Representatives.
• Support sales goals and the incentive process through the creation of sales dashboards and reports.
• Provide departmental coordination for sales team inquiries and submission tracking.
• Translate business strategy and requirements into operational process improvements and execute measured plans.
• Drive the adoption of CRM tools, reports, and processes across the sales organization.
• Analyze prepared dashboards to provide actionable sales metrics and ensure CRM data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or a business support role.
• 2+ years of experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven experience in building CRM dashboards and reports.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
