TL;DR

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 base

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for strategic and national accounts from signed deal to successful launch.
  • Drive a pipeline of partner launches with clear timelines, strong follow-through, and consistent communication.
  • Translate partnership terms and technical setup needs into actionable internal workflows and onboarding plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to execute partner-specific requirements.
  • Create and maintain partner-facing enablement materials, such as webinar decks, FAQs, and training content.
  • Document onboarding status, risks, and next steps using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in external-facing roles at B2C/B2B tech companies, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven experience managing complex partner or client onboarding with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, managing competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment with limited oversight.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills for senior-level audiences.
  • Must be located in the United States.
