What you will do

• Lead the design, prototyping, and implementation of high-impact features and tools.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Management to align technical solutions with business priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Golang development and quality standards.
• Analyze large projects, evaluate tradeoffs, and break down tasks across multiple teams.
• Mentor teammates through technical guidance, pair programming, and rigorous code reviews.
• Advocate for technical roadmaps and participate in system-wide debugging and production support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Professional experience with modern languages, specifically Golang and Ruby.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and navigating team dynamics to maintain project alignment.
• Experience mentoring peers and designing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with HashiCorp secure products such as Vault, Radar, or Boundary.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
