What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain Revit models for architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines.
• Ensure strict compliance with company BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions.
• Prepare model deliverables for design, construction, and handover project stages.
• Develop BIM content including families, annotations, and project templates.
• Participate in coordination meetings and implement technical feedback into models.
• Export and publish models to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other required platforms.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in BIM modeling.
• Technical high school diploma or BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Architecture).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.
