Sr. BIM Coordinator (Engineering)

What you will do

• Create CAD designs for large and complex Fire and Life Safety projects.
• Implement and adhere to strict Technical Quality and QA/QC processes.
• Perform routine clash detection and resolve conflicts across various trades to ensure constructability.
• Manage project files and maintain strict modeling standards and naming conventions.
• Ensure all modeled elements comply with NFPA standards, local building codes, and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Monitor and integrate latest developments in Revit and AutoCAD into production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Design-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Navisworks.
• Must be located in or able to work from Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly technical industrial settings producing 3D models from 2D drawings.
• Experience tracking RFIs and model change requests with project managers.
