What you will do

• Lead the development of coordinated Revit models and construction documentation for telecom and healthcare technology projects.
• Manage BIM coordination activities, including clash detection and model review using Navisworks or ACC.
• Maintain advanced modeling standards, including worksets, families, views, and templates to support efficiency.
• Support early engineering tasks such as calculations, system layouts, and product research.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve technical conflicts and improve design clarity.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Designer I and II team members regarding modeling quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit-based modeling.
• Experience with technology system designs such as telecom, ICT, audiovisual, security, network, or Wi-Fi.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows and clash detection.
• Ability to perform advanced modeling tasks independently while maintaining model integrity.
• Solid technical foundation in engineering principles to support calculations and research.
• Must be based in the United States.
