Salary: $121,000 - $181,000 total target cash

What you will do

• Own critical components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash operations across multiple banking platforms and support monthly cash reporting.
• Lead end-to-end prepaid expense and fixed asset accounting, maintaining amortization and depreciation schedules.
• Collaborate with AP, Payroll, Tax, and Procurement teams to improve accounting workflows and operational processes.
• Support global operations by reconciling international VAT/GST accounts and managing intercompany settlements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive GL accounting experience, preferably in a technology company or public accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
• Proven experience owning balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close responsibilities.
• Foundational knowledge of accrual accounting, fixed assets, and indirect tax reconciliations.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to be eligible for the stated compensation.

• Experience with modern finance tools such as Ramp, Navan, ZIP, or Avalara.
