Salary: $38.46–$48.72 per hour

What you will do

• Provide management consultations to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
• Coordinate and deliver virtual critical incident response requests.
• Manage member and organizational crises through in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning.
• Handle management referral intakes and guide counselors on EAP protocols.
• Monitor employee compliance and provide feedback to HR and supervisors.
• Act as a subject matter expert on customer benefit ecosystems to provide appropriate referrals.

Requirements

• Independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response.
• Proficiency in crisis management and SUD (Substance Use Disorder) experience.
• Ability to work from 12 PM to 8 PM ET (regardless of your location).
• Strong tech-savviness and ability to adopt new platforms quickly.

Nice to have

• SAP qualification.
• CEAP certification.
• Supervisory experience or experience working with HR professionals.
• Bilingual skills.
