What you will do

• Develop program performance review information for grant programs.
• Define project workflows and manage resources to ensure timely, quality results.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and recommend programmatic solutions.
• Supervise team members and subcontractors to coordinate deliverables.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, user manuals, and guides.
• Maintain SharePoint pages and support records and information management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including 1+ year in government consulting.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Familiarity with logic models and performance evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a FEMA Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of national emergency management doctrine and policy.
• Experience with federal, state, or local grant programs.
• Experience in interagency coordination and stakeholder outreach.
