What you will do

• Lead the operational transition of the AI Champions program into a high-impact AI Accelerators community.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences for new participants, including communications and tailored learning pathways.
• Plan and manage ongoing program activities, such as learning cohorts and continuous enablement sessions.
• Maintain the AI Training Hub to ensure content remains relevant and accessible.
• Organize live AI learning events, including workshops, demos, and speaker sessions.
• Partner with learning, AI platform, and change management teams to ensure consistent execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating programs, learning initiatives, or communities of practice in corporate or technical environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills for managing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with learning platforms, collaboration tools, and content hubs.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and enterprise technology adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI, data, engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with LXPs, knowledge portals, or enablement platforms.
• Experience coordinating multi-session programs or live learning events.
