Technical Program Manager (SDLC)

What you will do

• Define and implement scalable SDLC processes across engineering teams to build consistency and scalability.
• Own end-to-end change management and release processes.
• Drive the incident management lifecycle, including response, postmortems, and continuous improvement.
• Establish program tracking, reporting, and execution cadence across engineering.
• Partner with engineering and product to align roadmap execution and identify delivery risks early.
• Optimize development workflows and track SLAs/SLOs for delivery and reliability.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Technical Program Management or similar roles supporting software development teams.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to design scalable processes.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and operations stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience running incident response systems and postmortem processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, CI/CD systems, and Confluence.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected individual status (ITAR compliance)

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup in a 0-to-1 process-building context.
• Background in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering.
• Experience implementing or optimizing CI/CD and release automation.
• Familiarity with technical compliance or audit frameworks.
