What you will do
- Develop systems to assess, measure, and optimize supply quality across the programmatic ecosystem.
- Implement deduplication, supply path analysis, and quality modeling to ensure optimal impression buying.
- Create tooling that turns quality signals into real-time decisions at platform scale.
- Build data-heavy backend services and pipelines using C# / .NET, Python, and SQL.
- Partner with product, data, and platform teams across multiple time zones to drive measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development or engineering experience.
- Proficiency in C# / .NET.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and data-heavy backend work.
- Solid grasp of computer science and engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working on an agile, distributed team across time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL or REST API design.
- Knowledge of large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database engines such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aerospike, Vertica, or Redis.
- Python proficiency for data work or automation.
