What you will do

• Analyze and improve end-to-end ad workflows and industry standards including OpenRTB, MRAID, and VAST.
• Design and implement technical and operational solutions to enhance ad experience and performance metrics.
• Provide technical leadership for complex, cross-team projects and architectural solutions.
• Solve complex system challenges and maintain high coding standards through rigorous code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to plan and scope projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems.
• 3+ years of tech leadership experience (e.g., Tech Lead, Staff, or Architect roles).
• Deep understanding of complex, distributed IT systems, from hardware and networking to algorithms.
• English: C1 level required.
• Polish: C1 level required.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AdTech or Real Time Bidding (RTB) space.
