What you will do

• Manage the happiness and success of care partners, including health systems and medical clinics.
• Lead executive steering committees and act as the primary face of the company for strategic partners.
• Develop and deepen relationships with partner leadership teams to identify avenues for growth.
• Analyze data to generate insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Strategy, Product, and Operations teams to refine product and operational strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles.
• Deep knowledge of health system or provider group models and economics.
• Proven ability to build meaningful bonds across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes in unfamiliar challenges.
• Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers and complex projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant)
