A Series D healthtech company building a mental healthcare system that automates insurance administration for providers to increase patient access to therapy.
What you will do
- Manage the happiness and success of care partners, including health systems and medical clinics.
- Lead executive steering committees and act as the primary face of the company for strategic partners.
- Develop and deepen relationships with partner leadership teams to identify avenues for growth.
- Analyze data to generate insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal Strategy, Product, and Operations teams to refine product and operational strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of health system or provider group models and economics.
- Proven ability to build meaningful bonds across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes in unfamiliar challenges.
- Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers and complex projects.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant)
