What you will do

  • Build and maintain a pipeline targeting PSAPs, Fire, Police, and municipal authorities.
  • Deliver and articulate value propositions for NG9-1-1 and emergency notification solutions.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement teams and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Canadian telecom providers and system integrators to ensure successful deployments.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance daily productivity and response quality.
  • Manage all sales activity and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience, including 3–5+ years in public safety technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas specifically within the Canadian market.
  • Must pass comprehensive Canadian security and background screening, including RCMP and CPIC checks.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong understanding of NG9-1-1, emergency communications, or mass notification solutions.
