Program Performance Management Specialist (PPM/EVM)

What you will do

• Provide cost and schedule management for programs typically valued up to $10M per year.
• Develop program time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance and monitor Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Maintain program schedules and identify critical and driving paths for milestones.
• Coordinate risk, opportunity, and Management Reserve data with the Finance organization.
• Prepare program review documents and other customer-required documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and scheduling tools.
