What you will do

• Design, code, test, and deliver scalable software features and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and implement software requirements.
• Build intuitive user-facing experiences and lead development for specific modules or UI use cases.
• Develop and support data engineering pipelines, including ETL processes and cloud-based solutions (AWS EMR, Lambda, EC2).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and application functionality.
• Leverage modern AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong experience with SQL, ETL, and data engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EMR, Lambda, EC2, and serverless architectures.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with modern reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Participation in hackathons or innovation-driven initiatives.
