What you will do

• Develop and maintain the P3 delivery platform for certifications, interactive training labs, and learner record management.
• Drive the adoption of emerging AI paradigms, including agentic development and LDD, to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and translate project requirements into high-quality solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure via Terraform.
• Manage and scale cloud services leveraging AWS and OCI.
• Participate in an on-call roster, including potential weekend or after-hours work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with production workloads on Linux and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Experience architecting AI agents and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Git (cherry picking, squashing, rebasing).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, OCI, and monitoring/observability systems.
• Ability to provide minimum 2 hours crossover within the 13:00–00:00 UTC window.
