What you will do

• Leverage AI-augmented development tools to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Build backend services and workflows to make customer onboarding smoother and more self-serve.
• Design scalable systems for end-to-end visibility across onboarding processes.
• Develop core backend systems for tenant management, onboarding orchestration, and setup tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade APIs and architectures.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through production validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend development proficiency in Python and/or Golang.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Must be eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws

Nice to have

• Experience building onboarding, provisioning, or workflow orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, or event-driven workflows.
• Experience with tenant lifecycle management or enterprise SaaS platform workflows.
• Background in cybersecurity or customer-facing platform products.
