What you will do

• Research and develop machine learning models for synthetic row generation and open-ended text generation.
• Execute statistical experiments to validate LLM performance and synthetic modeling hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate dynamic boosting models into hirify.global Exchange workflows.
• Design sophisticated profiling taxonomies using large-scale datasets.
• Create prototypes and communicate complex Generative AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a Data Science capacity delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLMs for text generation and data synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in large-scale databases.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques including hypothesis testing and causal inference.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synthetic Data Generation techniques.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or PySpark.
• Background in online market research or survey platforms.
