What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI-driven features for Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D domains.
• Design and improve ML models, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
• Transform ambiguous business challenges into structured AI action plans and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and enforce code quality standards across the data science team.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City (Hybrid).
• 4+ years of experience for Senior/Lead level or 6+ years for Principal level.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Comprehensive expertise in MLOps and production-grade ML systems.
• Strong communication skills to adapt technical messages for diverse business audiences.
• Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI, Knowledge Graphs, and agentic AI techniques.
