What you will do

• Produce and issue invoices promptly, ensuring full reconciliation for all clients in accordance with team SLAs.
• Maintain detailed backup records for all invoicing to efficiently resolve client queries and challenges.
• Execute the weekly special invoicing process to facilitate early submissions for specific clients.
• Allocate contractual charges and implement rate adjustments based on client agreements and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to provide evidence and justification for billing.
• Manage the group inbox, including query assignment, communication organization, and response handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing analysis or a similar financial administrative role.
• Expertise in invoice production and account reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms for charge allocation and rate changes.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal managers and external clients.
• Experience managing shared communications channels and high-volume inboxes.
