What you will do

  • Take ownership of the purchase ledger for a key division of the business.
  • Process supplier invoices accurately using finance and procurement systems.
  • Prepare and process monthly payment runs.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any related queries.
  • Maintain the purchase ledger to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure strong organisation and consistency across all ledger processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role.
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in managing own workload and maintaining ledger integrity.
