What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for Qatar-based clients, resolving queries and managing expectations.
• Drive proactive debt collection and prepare cash receipts forecasts to improve DSO performance.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including pre-invoice approvals and documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on payroll inputs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Produce weekly and monthly debtor reports with detailed commentary for senior management.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with international project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in order-to-cash roles such as Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit Control.
• Strong accounting reconciliation and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with process improvements and quality control.

Nice to have

• Experience with Access: Pay and Bill (Tempest) software.
• Previous experience in a quality control-focused financial role.
