What you will do
- Serve as the primary finance point of contact for Qatar-based clients, resolving queries and managing expectations.
- Drive proactive debt collection and prepare cash receipts forecasts to improve DSO performance.
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including pre-invoice approvals and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on payroll inputs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Produce weekly and monthly debtor reports with detailed commentary for senior management.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with international project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in order-to-cash roles such as Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit Control.
- Strong accounting reconciliation and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with process improvements and quality control.
Nice to have
- Experience with Access: Pay and Bill (Tempest) software.
- Previous experience in a quality control-focused financial role.
