Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as a genomic and clinical expert to clinicians, hospitals, academic institutions, and patient advocacy groups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional key opinion leaders and key decision makers.
• Deliver scientific and clinical presentations on genomics and the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Support healthcare providers in implementing programs for pre-test counseling and test result interpretation.
• Gather regional client insights and champion priority actions internally.
• Partner with sales leadership to coach Account Executives and direct execution of regional sales strategies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical, academic, or industry role as a genetic counselor.
• Less than 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar industry role.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time within the Southeast US.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.
