What you will do
- Partner with sales teams as the primary Healthcare SME on high-stakes calls with health plan prospects to strategically position the product's value.
- Develop and deliver ROI-driven business cases that connect credentialing strategy to payer goals, compliance, and cost reduction.
- Provide subject matter guidance and internal enablement for sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Drive ARR growth and increase conversion rates for up-market payer organizations and large provider groups.
- Lead deal strategy for payer-focused opportunities, leveraging knowledge of buyer dynamics to unstick stalled deals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of healthcare subject matter expertise, with significant experience in health plans and payer organizations.
- Deep expertise in managed care strategy, provider network management, and the role of credentialing in compliance and delegation.
- Proven experience navigating executive-level (C-suite and VP) buying cycles at large health plans.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills to translate complex concepts into business value.
- Must be based in one of the specified US states.
