Senior Industry Success Consultant (Healthcare): Improving healthcare operations and defining digital solution strategies across healthcare, life sciences, medtech, and healthtech environments with an accent on business process analysis, requirements management, and regulatory compliance. Focus on modeling current- and future-state workflows, validating solutions against HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP, and aligning stakeholders with architecture and delivery teams.
Location: Ukraine; remote or office work

What you will do
- Lead discovery activities and operational assessments for healthcare organizations.
- Identify process inefficiencies, root causes, business constraints, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state processes using BPMN and workflow analysis.
- Define and manage business requirements, functional capabilities, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, product owners, and delivery teams during solution design workshops and reviews.
- Validate solutions against healthcare standards and regulations, including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience, including 2 or more years in business analysis within complex digital or enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and requirements lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, change management, and business process analysis.
- Experience with BPMN modeling, workflow analysis, use cases, functional decomposition, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, business processes, and industry challenges.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, or other healthcare compliance frameworks.
- Experience with connected devices, IoT, remote-service platforms, or AWS.
