What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Central America aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners across key regional markets and verticals.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and conduct market research to identify trends and risks.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market data to execute effective sales strategies and prepare professional presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with regional clients and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the electronic security or a similar industry.
  • Proven sales experience specifically in the Central America markets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or fire alarm systems.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and AI-based analytics in the security domain.
