Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
• Execute collection strategies to reduce DSO and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Build professional relationships with customer AP teams to resolve payment delays and billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to optimize AR reporting, controls, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare weekly AR aging and collections reports, tracking KPIs such as collection effectiveness.
• Implement scalable systems and best practices suitable for a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
• Must be based in downtown San Francisco.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, collections strategies, and cash application workflows.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including comfort with phone-based collections.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with Tesorio or similar AR automation/collections platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS billing models, contracts, and revenue operations.
• Ability to use AI tools to perform analysis and summaries.
• Experience supporting enterprise or B2B customers.
