What you will do

• Lead and develop a Mechanical Engineering team of 10+ members to meet technical and business objectives.
• Manage program resource planning, staffing capacity, and recruitment.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and coaching to engineering personnel.
• Ensure accountability for accurate cost and schedule targets and technical execution.
• Contribute to technology roadmap planning and identify risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive the quality and continuous improvement of technical processes and QMS documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Subject matter expertise in Mechanical Engineering and ability to support manufacturing.
• Must be a U.S. citizen (eligible for government security investigation).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
