What you will do

• Coordinate test campaigns by arranging facilities, travel, equipment, and personnel.
• Support the Chief Engineer in implementing test plans, managing schedules, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for test logistics and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage timelines and communication with external partners, such as drone or aircraft pilots.
• Track progress on test objectives, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates.
• Assist with the procurement and shipment of test materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in radar systems, RF systems, or defense sensor development.
• Proven track record leading complex system test programs in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in field tests, system integration, and debugging across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to support product and customer objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-static or phased array radar systems.
• Background in DoD programs, military testing, or classified systems.
• Experience building test organizations in a startup or rapid-development environment.
• Familiarity with autonomy, tracking systems, or sensor fusion.
• Active security clearance.
