Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end manufacturing strategy for subsystems from concept through production ramp.
• Lead DFM efforts to optimize architecture for cost, quality, and scalability.
• Architect scalable production flows and deploy advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Establish production readiness plans, including control plans and takt alignment.
• Mentor junior manufacturing engineers and technicians to raise technical standards.
• Lead first article builds and resolve complex cross-functional technical issues during integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or relevant engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in high-volume, rapid production environments.
• Proven track record of transitioning prototype processes into repeatable production.
• Deep familiarity with aerospace standards, including IPC and AS9100.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (NX or equivalent) and GD&T.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
