What you will do
- Develop and expand the portfolio of existing customers across the Nordics and Sweden.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase the regional footprint.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure the company remains the primary source of chemicals.
- Implement business growth strategies and set individual action plans with clear goals.
- Manage and optimize KPIs including Activity, Spot Business, Pipeline, Retention, and Margin Management.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language.
- High level of confidence in English (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license for travel within Sweden and Nordic countries.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales results self-sufficiently.
