TL;DR

Location: This is a full‑time hybrid position based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Apply a consultative, solution‑selling method tailored to complex and large e‑commerce organisations.
  • Guide prospects from first contact through qualification, registration and successful contract closure.
  • Focus on winning large online retailers across the UK and Nordics, building long‑term trusted relationships during the acquisition phase.
  • Engage closely with prospects to understand their challenges and translate their needs into customised hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with European teams to ensure a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a B2B sales role within Tech / SaaS with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing larger or more complex customer accounts.
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, including to other European countries when required.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is a strong plus.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following markets: The United Kingdom, or Denmark, or Sweden
