What you will do

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and deliver an innovative growth strategy to scale hirify.global's presence in the German Swiss market.
• Manage commercial strategies with large partners to ensure sustainable value creation for both parties.
• Effectively balance and grow a large base of clients using strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth.
• Act as a regional expert on trending experiences and lifestyle trends in the entertainment sector.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 4+ additional years of experience in corporate management, tech, sport, music, or arts sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal).
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Salesforce CRM.
