Product & Fitting Specialist - Switzerland (Golf)

Location: Field-based throughout Switzerland; must be based in Switzerland or willing to relocate, with frequent travel and weekend work during the golf season.

What you will do

• Deliver individual custom fitting sessions for golfers across Switzerland.
• Provide expert advice across the Callaway product range and help customers select suitable equipment.
• Plan and deliver fitting days, demo events, and other promotional activities.
• Support golf clubs, PGA Professionals, and specialist retailers.
• Represent the Callaway brand at events and other functions.
• Support wider sales and fitting activities as required.

Requirements

• Passion for golf and excellent knowledge of the golf industry.
• Experience or training in custom fitting.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Switzerland, work weekends during the golf season, and hold a valid Category B driving licence.
