What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Network Architects and Engineers, establishing technical standards and roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end network design and deployment for manufacturing sites, vehicle depots, and high-bandwidth facilities.
• Maintain production and enterprise network availability by defining SLAs and developing key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, and Infosec teams to deploy secure site and vehicle carrier connectivity.
• Own networking budgets and manage carrier circuits, hardware, and third-party vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in network administration/engineering, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Deep architectural knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN, Wireless/Microwave, Internet, and Cloud technologies.
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor hardware environments (Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
• Strong understanding of traffic engineering, QoS design principles, and packet trace analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Foster City, CA (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, transportation, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with network automation and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Salt.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and Python.
• Advanced certifications including CCNP, CCIE, AWS, or PMP.
• Experience with 24/7 network monitoring operations and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
