Location: Hybrid in Montréal, Quebec, Canada

What you will do

  • Lead UI/UX discipline for PC/Console projects, owning the quality, consistency, and execution of the game’s interface.
  • Design high-quality UI/UX interfaces from early concept to final in-game implementation.
  • Create advanced UI concept art, wireframes, and prototypes to define the look, feel, and overall UX.
  • Collaborate with Game Design, Art, Production, and Programming teams to build scalable and immersive systems.
  • Implement and maintain UI assets directly within the game engine.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and intermediate UI/UX designers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally on PC/Console titles.
  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Game Art, Illustration, or equivalent training.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid experience working with Unreal Engine.
  • Strong mastery of visual communication, design principles, and UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Montréal, Canada (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Figma or other UI prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of UI motion graphics and animation.
  • Previous experience in an AAA or long-term production environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to defend artistic vision.
