Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

• Independently conceptualize and design digital content based on strategic direction.
• Develop detailed layouts and storyboards in collaboration with copywriters and senior art staff.
• Manage the entire creative process from initial conceptualization to final execution.
• Lead and mentor entry-level designers and allocate resources to freelance suppliers.
• Coordinate with editorial and project management departments to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Present creative concepts and designs during client meetings.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of creative/creative management experience within a digital agency.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced experience with MS Office Suite.
