Location: Full-time onsite in Calgary, Canada (5 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and usable interface solutions focused on user experience.
• Create mood boards, storyboards, interactive layouts, site grids, and animated GIFs.
• Design story-driven campaigns across multiple mediums to elevate brand identity.
• Build simple prototypes to convey preferred states, motion, and behaviors for interactive concepts.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, ACDs, and technical teams to iterate on design layouts.
• Visualize and present creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant interactive design experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Calgary 5 days per week.
• Expert-level proficiency in Sketch and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of formal design elements: typography, layout, balance, and hierarchy.
• Understanding of front-end web and mobile development (HTML, CSS, iOS).
• Ability to deliver high-volume, quality design within tight timeframes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects, QuickTime, Director, and ImageReady.
• Experience with Mac OS and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven ability to articulate creative ideas persuasively to technical audiences.
