Compensation: CA$110K – CA$125K

What you will do
- Develop visually appealing layouts, transitions, and intuitive navigation to make user experiences seamless and joyful.
- Conduct user research and interviews to translate player needs into high-fidelity designs.
- Build and test rapid prototypes to validate ideas and scale effective solutions quickly.
- Apply principles of behavioral psychology and economics to influence player engagement and monetization strategies.
- Partner with Art, Engineering, and Product squads to ensure a seamless blend of functionality and brand aesthetics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Interaction and Visual Design within a digital product or gaming environment.
- Skilled in conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable design insights.
- Proficiency with standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
- Strong understanding of behavioral economics and its impact on user behavior.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage in radical candor during design reviews.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows for research synthesis, prototyping, or content generation.
- A portfolio demonstrating a "User Obsessed" approach to solving complex UX friction points.
