What you will do

• Review and verify loan application documentation including credit, income, assets, and employment information.
• Coordinate with external parties to obtain necessary documentation such as title commitments and hazard insurance.
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and manage the clearing of conditions for final approval.
• Ensure all loan files comply with federal regulations and internal fraud prevention policies.
• Maintain regular communication with borrowers throughout the loan processing lifecycle.
• Submit cleared files to the closing department for final settlement.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States (excluding CA, CO, HI, IL, MN, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA).
• 2 years of experience in Mortgage Loan Processing.
• Proficiency in basic computer technologies for a paperless work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shifts in workflow.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Current processing experience.
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS.
