What you will do

• Define and execute the Service Delivery Management strategy to align with global business objectives and optimize delivery models.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery matters with C-suite clients.
• Lead and mentor diverse regional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end operational excellence by developing KPIs and performance metrics to track service delivery.
• Implement innovative practices using automation and AI to streamline workflows and reduce time-to-value.
• Manage the financial performance of the function, including budget oversight and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing C-suite client relationships and leading enterprise-level service delivery teams.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams across complex regions and cultures.
• Deep expertise in service delivery processes, including SLAs, KPIs, and contract management.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the SaaS business model applied to enterprise client success.
• Based in or eligible to work in Manila or Singapore (Hybrid 2x/week).
