What you will do

• Support multiple engineering teams within the Platform Department.
• Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and remove delivery impediments.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across platform and infrastructure initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve Agile delivery processes and team productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technical or platform teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and a solid understanding of the SDLC.
• English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+).
• Must be located in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling/Betting or other high-load regulated industries.
• Background in product-driven companies.
• Agile or project management certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMP, etc.).
