What you will do

• Define and manage key data pipelines in dbt to transform raw data into canonical datasets.
• Leverage LLMs, Claude, and AI agents to accelerate data exploration, QA, and reporting workflows.
• Develop and maintain reliable dashboards in Hex to track core GTM and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Evaluate and implement build-vs-buy decisions for the GTM data stack.
• Establish high data integrity standards, SLAs, and QA processes for production-ready outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for scalable data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for multi-step ETL workflows.
• Strong AI fluency with experience using LLMs and AI agents to accelerate technical workflows.
• Experience with Airflow, GitHub, and visualization tools like Hex.
• Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US Health Insurance).
