Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC programming and machining protocols.
• Essential experience in metal cutting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and supervise daily shop operations.
• Experience with controllers, machine tools, and fixture design.
• Experience working with ISO-9000:2015 standards.
