What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical business roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define strategies and evaluation criteria.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the TA function's efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by mitigating biases in the selection process.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-demand environments (startups or global companies).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using dashboards for funnel metrics analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with and interest in using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize TA tasks.
• Must be based in Brazil.
