What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical business roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define strategies and evaluation criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the TA function's efficiency.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Greenhouse ATS.
- Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by mitigating biases in the selection process.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-demand environments (startups or global companies).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using dashboards for funnel metrics analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with and interest in using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize TA tasks.
- Must be based in Brazil.
