What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on intellectual property and privacy matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, R&D, and innovation agreements.
• Manage and oversee the global intellectual property portfolio.
• Act as Global Privacy Officer, providing guidance on data protection and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks related to IP and data protection.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer under Dutch law.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in intellectual property and privacy law.
• Strong grounding in contract law within complex and regulated environments.
• Experience advising international organisations.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
